If you are giving a talk for us, you will need to know where we are, how each session is run, what sort of audience to expect, and what equipment we have for you to use if you need to.
We also need to know:
- a bit about you so we can introduce you at the start of your talk
- something about your talk, to print in our term Program – about four lines, or 80 words, is all we can fit in.
This document (3 pages, PDF) explains it all.
Please email our secretary or your U3A program coordinator with brief details of the equipment you need, so we can set things up for you on the day, and please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need more information or advice: we are always happy to help make your talk a great success.
If you have any problems downloading or opening these documents please contact us.
